Moka Studio Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping at Moka Studio. Because our merchandise is custom-printed and produced on-demand specifically for you upon receiving your order, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and exchanges. Please review our terms carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Custom Print-on-Demand Policy

Strict No-Return / No-Exchange Policy: All products sold on Moka Studio are uniquely manufactured to order. For this reason, we cannot accept returns, offer refunds, or accommodate exchanges for:

  • Change of mind, buyers' remorse, or personal taste preferences.

  • Incorrect size selection (please check our size charts closely before ordering).

  • Incorrect design, color, or style selected during checkout.

2. Exceptions for Damages, Defects, and Order Issues

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is a problem caused on our end, we will gladly make it right. We accept replacement or refund requests strictly under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: The product arrived torn, stained, misprinted, or physically damaged.

  • Incorrect Item Received: The item delivered does not match the specific variant, design, or size listed on your original order confirmation.

3. Step-by-Step Reporting Procedure

To request a replacement or a refund for an eligible damaged or incorrect item, you must complete the following protocol within 48 hours of delivery:

  1. Take clear, high-resolution photographs or a short video showing the specific defect, damage, or proof of the incorrect item.

  2. Ensure the product's original packaging and tag details are clearly visible in your media.

  3. Email your replacement request to support@mokastudio.in (replace this with your actual support email) with the subject line: "Return Request: Order #[Your Order Number]".

  4. Include your name, order details, a brief description of the issue, and attach the supporting photos/videos.

4. Evaluation and Processing

Once your email is received, our quality assurance team will inspect the visual evidence. If your claim is verified and approved, we will process your resolution as follows:

  • Replacements: A brand new replacement order will be immediately generated and pushed into production free of cost. This is our default resolution to ensure you get your product.

  • Refunds: If a replacement is unavailable or a refund is approved, the amount will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our support team will contact you to securely collect your bank account or UPI details to issue the transfer.

5. Order Cancellations

Because production flows directly to our fulfillment partner quickly to minimize delivery lag, orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once production begins, we are unable to stop the manufacturing process, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.
